I attended the first defining yoga class of my life at the age of 15, and it became clear to me from that day that I found an eternal companion in it. In addition to physical exercise, he was infinitely attracted to a deeper understanding of the condition he was experiencing. During my studies, I gained comprehensive knowledge in the philosophy, branches, anatomy of yoga, and the yogic lifestyle. I completed the training of Ádám Hatha Yoga instructor in Diószegi in 2020, and I have been teaching individual and group lessons ever since. Over the years, I have taken various classes and courses to further expand my knowledge: ashtanga, mysore practice, vinyasa krama, hatha, flow, spine yoga. In my classes, I strive to create a safe, permissive space in which practitioners can recharge, push their physical and mental boundaries while respecting their current state. The lessons provide an opportunity for practitioners to connect deeply with themselves by returning to their natural, free state, which can be maintained even when leaving the mattress. In my lessons, prevention, the precise and correct execution and adjustment of asanas, their personalization, and the use of beginner and advanced asana versions play a particularly important role. Furthermore, through pranayama (breathing practice) and short meditations, I help practitioners to deepen and fall silent. I look forward to seeing you on my watch!
