Knowledge of the use of kinesiotape and sports tape is now essential for effective rehabilitation. After a thorough theoretical training on our accredited course, you will learn everything you need to know about the technique and you can go home with the knowledge you need the next day!

• Practice:
  • joint stabilisation techniques - kinesio and sports tape (ankle, knee, wrist, shoulder, ribs)
  • muscle-relaxation techniques (m. soleus, hamstring, m. quadriceps, lumbar section)
  • activation techniques (rotator cuff)
  • lyro technique
  • special techniques
  • treatment of specific syndromes (Schlatter-Osgood, IT band syndrome, tennis elbow, Shin Splints)

The price of the training: 25.900 HUF, which includes the notes, the materials used in the training and the diploma!
